Basilica of the National Shrine

| The Basilca of the National Shrine is the largest Roman Catholic
church in the Western Hemisphere and the eighth largest church in the
world. It contains sixty chapels displaying a wide variety of stained
glass windows, mosaics and sculptures.
This a very beautiful Shrine and Basilica and you should plan to spend at least one or two days there in the presence of Our Lord. |
